$1,000 signing bonus

What would you spend $1,000 on for your new business? Starting January 1st, when you sign a lease for at least one year, we will give you a $1,000 signing bonus. Mention this promotion at the time of lease signing.

In order to receive a $1,000 bonus payout, Loft Owners must sign a lease for at least a one year duration (365 days). beautiLofts will pay the $1,000 to the Loft Owner upon the 90th day of their lease as long as the Loft Owner is operating their business and in good standing. Only one $1,000 bonus will be paid out per Loft space. Only new Loft Owners who have not leased a Loft at beautiLofts previously are eligible. Not stackable with other offers. Void where prohibited.

Get up to 8 weeks free

As a new small business owner, we want you to start off on the right foot. We're offering all new Loft Owners the opportunity to get up to 8 weeks free when you sign a new lease at beautiLofts! That's a savings of up to $2,500, depending on location. Just mention this promotion at the time of lease signing.

New Loft Owners who sign a lease for one year will receive 4 weeks free, applied to the final 4 weeks of their lease. New Loft owners who sign a lease for two years will receive 8 weeks free, applied to the final 8 weeks of their lease. Only new Loft Owners who have not leased a Loft at beautiLofts previously are eligible. Not stackable with other offers. This offer can not be exchanged for cash. Void where prohibited.

We're offering all new Loft Owners the opportunity to get up to 8 weeks free PLUS a $250 bonus when you reserve your Loft in Rochester Hills! That's a savings of up to $2,750, depending on room size and lease length. Please mention this promotion at the time of lease signing.

New Loft Owners who sign a lease for one year will receive 4 weeks free, applied to the final 4 weeks of their lease. New Loft owners who sign a lease for two years will receive 8 weeks free, applied to the final 8 weeks of their lease. $250 bonus will be applied after 90 days of the lease has passed and the lessee account is current.
