Yes! beautiLofts is designed for experienced, motivated beauty professionals who are ready to take control of their careers. Drawing on a good client base is important to support your success in owning a Loft. If you are ready to reach your highest potential, beautiLofts is right for you!
WHY SHOULD I OWN A LOFT?
Owning a Loft at beautiLofts helps you avoid the major costs of opening a traditional salon and allows you to concentrate your time and energy on your clients and your work. You have the independence of being your own boss and controlling the money you bring in! You keep all of your service and product sales revenue.
CAN I DECORATE & PAINT MY LOFT?
Of course! We want your Loft to reflect your personality. We will paint your Loft the color of your choice and you have thee freedom to decorate as you please. We encourage you to create your own brand and build an atmosphere that is best for you and your clients.
WHAT MAKES BEAUTILOFTS DIFFERENT THAN A TRADITIONAL SALON?
At beautiLofts, you own your OWN salon! You manage your schedule and clientele, plus you set your prices and keep all the profit! The best perk is the potential to make more money and capitalize on your time. Having the freedom to run your business the way you want is a close second! You won’t be held back by commission scales or be at the mercy of a strict schedule. Hence our tagline: “your vision. your dream. your salon.”
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY LOFT?
Loft ownership comes with so many great benefits. Included are large, lockable custom glass doors for your Loft, storage cabinetry, utilities, building and grounds maintenance, Wi-Fi, waiting room for clients, full-service break room, laundry facilities, fully functional security system and a Loft owner directory/stylist profile page on our website. We also have connections with local reps to help you stock your products as well as continuing education classes at no or low cost to you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY LOFT?
We’re here all the time! Our owners are local to all of our locations and we’re here for you with any issues you might encounter.
I DON'T KNOW HOW TO OBTAIN A SALON LICENSE. WILL SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THAT?
Absolutely! Being beauty professionals, we’re running our own salons, too! We’ve helped dozens of Loft Owners with licensing, and if you need help, we’re here for you, too.
DO I HAVE TO BRING OR BUY MY OWN FURNITURE?
Our Lofts come with upper and lower cabinets for storage (and hand sinks). Additionally, we have styling stations, styling chairs and shampoo stations for the Hair Stylist Lofts.
IS THERE A RECEPTIONIST TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS FOR ME?
At beautiLofts, you run the show, so you’ll be in charge of scheduling your guests’ appointments. We have great recommendations for scheduling apps that are tailored for beauty professionals. Our other Loft Owners would be happy to give you their opinions, too!
HOW OFTEN DO I PAY FOR MY LOFT?
IS THERE A WAITING AREA FOR MY CLIENTS?
Absolutely! We want your guests to feel comfortable while they wait to see you. All of our locations have waiting rooms for your guests so they can relax while they wait for their appointment and you don’t have to feel rushed!
DOES BEAUTILOFTS HAVE CONTINUING EDUCATION CLASSES?
Our founder is a hairstylist and knows how important education is. That’s why she’s designated a Director of Education who is in charge of scheduling classes for all interested Loft Owners. We want you to be able to keep up with the most recent trends and stay inspired in your career!
WHAT IS THE CULTURE LIKE AT BEAUTILOFTS?
We like to refer to our Loft Owners as being a part of the “bL family”! They are all motivated individuals who maximize their time and have the freedom to run their businesses as they choose. The competition you find in a traditional salon does not exist here! We support each other by referring clients, lending products & giving advice. We are the epitome of a tight community.
